Betty White
Ryan Reynolds called Betty White a “national treasure” when she passed right before her 100th birthday, but we didn’t need the Deadpool star to tell us that. Best known for her character Rose on The Golden Girls, White was not the same space cadet in real life that she played on the show. Born in 1922, she rose to fame after her first role in The Merry Widow back in 1939, and graced the world with her incredible presence for the next 80 years. Her smile, her raspy voice and her incredible wit made her a true golden girl in the eyes of many.
