Jerry Mathers was another child star that got his first acting gig at just two years old. He became popular for his role as Theodore “Beaver” Cleaver on the series, Leave It To Beaver. When the show ended, he took on other movie roles, but decided to stop acting for some time, entering high school and eventually joining the U.S. Military, like so many men did during his time. By the time he went back to acting, it was 1983 after many years had passed. He had even worked in banking and real estate, however the pull of Hollywood had him come crawling back.
