Aside from skiing and enjoying the charming Swiss villages, Switzerland is a hiker’s paradise.  At every sight, there are mountains to be conquered.  Their hiking trails range from scenic walks to technical treks and each is impressive in its own right. However, there are certain hiking trails never fail to take tourists’ breath away. Some of the most notable hikes are Lac de Louvie, the Faulhornweg, and Lauterbrunnental.  Hiking is not an extreme sport, but doing so in the Swiss mountains is not to be underestimated. High alpine terrain is easily accessible in Switzerland: anyone can get there and start hiking. This could be a dangerous situation in itself. Unprepared and inexperienced hikers are more likely to run into trouble. So, try to be physically prepared and practice caution at all time when planning a hike.
