Getting Some Fresh Air

SRGCDN

Can you believe these baby cages were intentionally built and used in apartments so that babies could get some fresh air? Yes, children need to get some fresh air to clean their lungs, increase their oxygen intake, boost their immunity, and improve their overall health, but parents shouldn’t leave their infant hanging in a cage attached to a windowsill. Even if Dad is willing to stay there overnight to prove how sturdy that cage was built, the parents should not leave an infant in a steel cage outside their window. If Mom wanted to give her young child some fresh air, she should’ve made sure her baby was suitably dressed, brought an extra blanket, and taken the baby outside herself. The fresh air would be great for both mother and child.
Aside from apartment buildings, these atrocious baby cages were also used in children’s hospitals. SMH.
