Alex Wilson has been the On-Camera Meteorologist at The Weather Channel in the Greater Atlanta area since March 2013, bus has also spent a few years as the morning meteorologist for both Fox Carolina and WOWK 13 News, where she started out in 2008. A holder of two degrees, Broadcast Journalism and Marketing at Syracuse University by 2006, she immediately studied Meteorology at Penn State, where she was the recipient of various scholarships. The Macungie, Pennsylvania native has done well in her chosen field, which has been her dream as well, and is a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist from the American Meteorological Society. A certified foodie who loves to try out different restaurants, she is also a dog lover and has two pooches as part of her family.
