11. Neophobia: Fear of doing or trying anything new

This strong sense of fear is related to the previous phobia, but in its more practical application. Someone who is grappling with neophobia will typically demonstrate a staunch unwillingness to experience or do new things or to try something outside of their established routine. Think of the behavior of a child who vehemently refuses to sample a new food—only much more extreme.
