An interesting food find on the streets of Mexico is a snack called Dorilocos, which we honestly think is quite ingenious. This surprisingly delicious, yet very simple to make wonder will make you see store-bought Doritos in a different light once you give it a taste. Yes, it is made with the same Doritos you love to much on while lounging in your couch, bingeing on Netflix at home.

It is made by slicing open a bag of the popular chips and then topping the contents (still inside the package) with a strange but tasty mix of anything from pork rinds to peanuts! A spicy salsa is then drizzled over the mélange to finish it off and marry all the flavors together.
