Party Past 10pm

Unlike the Swiss who are known to hit the sack earlier that most Europeans, the Poles love socializing, and by socializing we mean, party hard. However, there are regulations on how long house parties should last, and those say that people should be heading out the door no later than 10 p.m.. This is to avoid being harassed by cops who have to deal with noise complaints from people who can’t stand the noise coming from your crib.
So if you want to prevent the heat from showing up at your front door, it’s probably best to invite the WHOLE BLOCK to your “little” get-together at home. That way you can be sure that no one will be complaining. Better yet, choose a local watering hole that you can herd your guests to after the curfew. From what we hear, it’s always the after-party that’s the bomb anyway.
