Don’t Go Out Alone at Night

Poland, while very safe for tourists can still be quite dangerous, especially at night, something that isn’t unlike other destinations around the world. The chances of getting mugged, even in relatively safe places isn’t completely impossible, especially if you go out strolling by yourself at night.

The best way to avoid becoming a victim is to avoid going to unfamiliar places past sundown, especially on your own, which can be quite a challenge because of the very inviting and exciting nightlife Poland’s big cities have to offer. If you really have to, make sure to bring someone you trust along with you.
