One very convenient thing that the Polish enjoy is cashless transactions. Paying with debit or credit cards are very popular in Poland that even the tiniest shops and bars accept them. This means that you don’t have to worry bringing too much cash with you, which can be both cumbersome and dangerous.

While credit cards are widely accepted all-over Poland, it is still wise to at least keep some loose change in your pocket. Having coins with you is always convenient, especially since Polish cashiers hate breaking up bills that are 50 zlotys and above.
