Adriana Lima Breaking the Mold By Setting a Record for Number of GQ Covers

During the rise of the supermodel, Brazilian beauty Adriana Lima had a face that no one could forget. Starting off her modeling career with Victoria Secret back in 1999, she became a fast fan favorite and slowly rose up in the ranks to earn the title of “supermodel.” She has also modeled for tons of other huge brands like H&M, Maybelline, Versace, Giorgio Armani and Fendi to name a few, but most people’s brains are branded with photos of her in the skimpiest lingerie and different colored angel wings hanging off her back. She also set the record in 2008 for the number of GQ covers by a supermodel and was even listed by Forbes Magazine as “the world’s fourth highest paid supermodel.”
