The Life and Love of Kobe Bryant Before Tragedy Struck in 2020

Kobe Bryant has been caught up in a number of controversies, but no matter what was going on in his life, his wife Vanessa was always by his side. He had met her during a video shoot in Marina High School where Vanessa was a background model, hitting it off instantly. Their whirlwind romance moved quickly into a proposal, an NBA championship, a trip to Italy to celebrate, and a wedding in 2001. Although their love was quick to flourish, it was marred with controversary from the very start. Despite all their problems, they remained married, had four beautiful daughters together and the first two decades of the 2000s were some of their very best years together. Sadly, their life together was cut short after Bryant, his lovely 14-year old daughter Gianna, and a few others died tragically in a helicopter ride at the very start of 2020.
