If you are lost, or can’t find a place, don’t hesitate to ask a local. Never be embarrassed to do so. The Dutch are fairly friendly, and speak good English. It will not be difficult communicating with them.They will try to help you, especially when they realize you are a visitor to their country. Just be polite and you will be okay. Use your better judgement on whom to ask for help. Just don’t ask a junkie to help you.
