Loni Anderson’s TV career began with roles on S.W.A.T, Police Woman, and Barnaby Jones. Her breakout role however was as Jennifer Marlowe, the intelligent and sassy receptionist on WKRP in Cincinnati, a role she played from 1978 to 1982. This role earned her two Emmy nominations. Once the series ended, there was no shortage of work for the buxom blonde. She played Jayne Mansfield in a TV biography of the late great movie star, starring opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger. She also played Thelma Todd in a TV Biography.
