Teri Hatcher who played Superman’s better half on the 90s television series Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman didn’t play so well with the cast of the dramedy Desperate Housewives. There have been many rumors about an ongoing feud between Hatcher and the rest of the cast since the show’s first season, and how the Golden Globe Award-winning actress was supposed to be fired by the fifth. While Nicollette Sheridan’s character Edie Britt and Hatcher’s Susan Mayer played on-screen enemies, there was no love lost between the two celebrities when the camera stopped rolling. In fact, Sheridan told the show’s creator that she finds Hatcher the “meanest woman in the world” with her diva-ish behavior.

Hatcher’s self-absorbed attitude extended to other film projects. When she starred opposite Pierce Brosnan in the 1997 film Tomorrow Never Dies, 007 himself complained that the Bond girl often arrived hours late to the set, keeping everyone waiting.
