The Blues Brothers star seems like a very nice guy. You wouldn’t think Dan Aykroyd is any different from the enthusiastic and friendly Ray Stantz he portrayed in the supernatural comedy hit he created, Ghostbusters. However, he is reportedly nothing like the pleasant and easygoing characters he usually presents on screen. In fact, the comedian has been called something of a diva, always demanding special treatment whenever he’s at the cinema or restaurants.

Aykroyd also allegedly travels with an entourage of bodyguards who intimidate fans that bother him. An employee at a movie theater said Aykroyd and one of his “goons” approached him and demanded that the actor be seated first before letting anyone else in. The employee politely and calmly declined the request and let the line of single-filed patrons inside—to which the actor gave him a dead stare and called him a prick.
