The frontman of the pop rock band Maroon 5 charms audiences as a judge and coach on the singing competition The Voice, but rumor has it the schmoozer isn’t always so kind to his fans. One Reddit user claims that Levine showed his nasty side when he turned down several fans who requested for his autograph. He also reportedly told one girl, “I don’t give autographs to ugly chicks.” It seems that even though a number of women made an appearance in the band’s music video of “Girls Like You,” Levine would only serenade to (or sign autographs for) women who meet his shallow physical standards.

Also, despite the supposed bromance between Levine and fellow judge Blake Shelton, fans called out Levine for taking his sardonic humor a little too far when he bluntly told contestants on stage how much he hated the country singer-songwriter. Viewers found Levine too mean and immature for constantly insulting Shelton and calling him stupid.
