This billionaire is the widow of the co-founder of Sun Hung Kai Properties, a Hong Kong based real estate company, and the largest property developer. She is the matriarch of the Kwok family, and is 90 years old. She married the late Kwok Tak-seng when she was only 20 years old. They had 3 sons, Walter, Thomas, and Raymond. Walter was ousted from the business, leaving the other two sons in-charge of day-to-day operations. Walter passed away last year. Kwong Siu-hing served as the company’s chairperson from 2008 to 2011 after Walter was ousted in a feud with her two other sons. She remains the biggest stock holder with a 26.5% stake. Her sons or their children will inherit equal shares of this wealth. Her son Raymond is currently the sole chairman of the company.
