Younger daughter of Bud Walton, brother and business partner of Walmart founder Sam Walton. When Bud died in 1995, Nancy and her sister Ann Walton Kroenke inherited a stake in Walmart worth over $9 billion. Nancy is married to Bill Laurie, a former basketball player and coach, and are both philanthropists. They own a 271 foot yacht and a private jet. The yacht is valued over $135 million. It is named Secret. It can accommodate 14 guests in 7 cabins, as well as 16 crewmen in 8 cabins. Nancy and Bill also own Paige Sports Entertainment, which acts as their business holding and family business office. It is named after their daughter Paige Laurie. They are also owners of Providence Bank which they bought in 2007.
