She is the CEO of Fidelity Investments which her grandfather Edward C. Johnson II founded in 1946. She is also the chairperson of its international sister company Fidelity International. After graduating from Harvard, she joined her grandfather’s wealth management company in 1988 as a humble analyst. It took almost three decades to take over as chairperson and CEO from her father in 2014. The company employs around 45,000 people worldwide. She is a top authority in the financial sector. She is the first and only woman to serve on the board of the Financial Services Forum. She is also a member of the board of directors of the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association.
