Its unbelievable 0.1/10 rating for both flight performance and claim processing is really the stuff of nightmares and it’s surprising how such an airline still gets people to fly with them.

Not even half of Tunisair flights arrive on time, registering an on-time rate of 40.56% on Flightstats.com.

Tunisair’s claims processing score is sadder. Customers have to wait a mind-boggling 660 days or almost 2 years to get refunded, which is clearly why it belongs to this list.
