When you’re flying to 132 different destinations in 31 countries, flight delays are somewhat inevitable, and EasyJet knows it.
What EasyJet (apparently) doesn’t know is that customers can be very understanding of situations like these. The fact is, as long as an airline keeps their clients well-informed, and if needed, properly-compensated for being inconvenienced, then their customer satisfaction ratings should remain high.
Looks like EasyJet didn’t get the memo on how to address customer complaints and process passenger claims properly, the two main reasons why they are on our list of the world’s worst airlines.
