Kuwait Airways has managed to make our list of the world’s worst airlines thanks to its atrocious and scandalous customer service. One of the most despicable incidents that showcased Kuwait Airway’s bad customer handling involved an Israeli woman who was prevented by airline authorities to board, simply because she was Jewish.

Other issues that passengers have raised against the airline include rude staff and crew, inadequate service and unhygienic aircraft interiors.
