Air Bulgaria, the Bulgarian national airline, still flies to 26 different destinations despite being caught-up in a number of terrifying incidents involving safety, landing it in the European Union’s watchful eyes.

Additionally, the airline’s inefficient passenger assistance and unreliable airport transfers have caused many headaches for its customers. To make things worse the airline has been slow to respond to client concerns, earning it a spot in our world’s worst airlines list.

Thank heavens they have good inflight service.
