Slovenian carrier, Adria Airways makes it to our list of the world’s worst airlines despite being well-known for their very low fares. Grievances from disgruntled customers have hounded their relatively small operation, ranging from frequent, unexpected flight cancellations to inefficient check-in and boarding procedures.

The company’s fleet is in bad need of an upgrade too, with planes being called ‘tired and outdated,” having probably been around since the company’s launch in 1961. Customers alsp wish that the Adria staff had more pep when interacting with passengers, with one describing them as “disinterested, leaning towards unfriendly.”
