Aside from garnering a below-average 4.2 out of 10 score for flight performance on Claimcompass.com’s ratings list, the Southeast Asian carrier also manages to receive a general score of 2.8 out of 10, thanks to its ineptitude in processing claims for flyers affected by delayed flights.
Many are unaware that the way by which a carrier handles its customers’ grievances, also impacts its image, hence, Malaysia Airlines’ low claims processing score lands it in this list of worst airlines in the world.
