Are you even surprised why American carrier, United Airlines, made it to our list of worst airlines in the world? Thanks to social media, many saw how United Airlines’ despicable customer service works, earning it a spot in our list.

In April of 2018, a video showing the dragging and manhandling of a United Airlines passenger by airport authorities was posted online. The man was singled-out and told by airline personnel to give up his seat, to which he politely objected. This prompted airline employees, to call-in security who then proceeded, to the horror of the other passengers, to violently remove the man from the aircraft.

In addition to this deplorable display of abuse, United Airlines is also notorious for arriving late and losing luggage in transit, a big turn-off for those who want a hassle-free airline experience.
