Air Dolmiti, an Italian regional carrier flying out of Dossobuono, Villafranca di Verona, makes it on our list of the world’s worst airlines, thanks to its delayed flights and poor claims processing.
The Lufthansa subsidiary holds an embarrassing 31% delay rate, which means that 1-out-of every-3 of its passengers submit claims for remuneration for their inconvenience they experienced. Unfortunately, Air Dolmiti also scores low on claims processing, thanks to the long wait it subjects its customers to before allowing them to collect reimbursements.
