While Asiana Airlines has been commended for providing its passengers with superb in-flight service, that alone doesn’t make a company great.

According to an extensive review done by AirHelp, Asiana Airlines can improve much more in its punctuality and claims processing, two important things that passengers look for in an airline. Failing in these two criteria has landed the South Korean carrier in our list of the world’s worst.

Additionally, despite its stellar inflight service, Asiana’s inflight meals, according to some customers, also need improvement.
