Lufthansa-owned Brussels Airlines has been flying since the early 2000s, transporting millions of people between the 120 global destinations it services. Its standing as Belgium’s largest airline doesn’t make it immune from being considered by some as one of the world’s worst airlines to fly with.

Angry customers did not hold-back their frustrations in citing the company’s poor customer service as the main reason for despising the airline. Other passengers claimed that Belgium Air employees lacked enthusiasm when dealing with customers, giving people the notion that the airline was indifferent to their grievances.
