Late flights, dirty aircraft, malfunctioning video monitors, and horrific customer service are just some of the many issues disgruntled Air India customers have with India’s national airline, landing it on our list of the worst world.

One customer took issue with the airline’s poor customer service, saying that the crew failed to greet him properly. We could probably let that mistake slide, but poorly maintained and filthy restroom? Never.
