The national flag-carrier of Pakistan also makes our list of worst airlines in the world, mainly because of its unreliability in keeping its flights on time. The airline is notorious for being perennially late, with only 1 for every 3 flights arriving on time. To solve this, Pakistan International airlines decided to streamline its operations by downsizing. Unfortunately, this move didn’t work as the airline still failed to make the target of 75% timeliness.
But timeliness isn’t the only problem plaguing the carrier. Poor check-in protocols, confusing airport transfers and non-existent passenger services, compounded by PIA staff’s lack of language skills, have made it one of the least-liked airline companies among travelers.
