Most residents of the United Kingdom are probably familiar with Thomas Cook Airlines. The company services 60 destinations throughout the United States and the Caribbean, and is one of the many airlines in the region that fly travelers to and from the Isles. Unfortunately for Thomas Cook Airlines, its bad reputation, stemming from its poor customer service, earns it a spot on this list.

While the airline is popular for offering affordable rates, they do have a reputation for sneaking hidden charges and fees in their dizzying booking procedures, which customers aren’t happy about. Its planes are also known for being cramped, a definite deal-breaker for their already-unhappy clientele. Most of their flights are delayed too, angering customers even more.
