Eastern European budget airline SmartWings, which flies out of the Czech capital, is known for stiffing passengers of their refunds, forcing the poor customers to purchase replacements instead.

On top of this, the airline’s non-existent service information, as well as its atrocious check-in procedures, have caused many of its customers to be disgruntled, for which they get 1 star out of a maximum 5 stars on airline and airport review website, Skytrax.
