Romanian flag carrier and longest-operating commercial airline, Tarom, also grabs a spot in our list of world’s worst airlines, thanks to complaints voiced out by some of the 2.4 million travellers who fly with them yearly.

Unhappy customers described Tarom’s operations as hellish, saying that the frequent, unannounced flight cancellations and delays have caused them to despise the airline. Others blew their tops about the company’s rude employees and the apparent lack of communication between Tarom ground staff, two more reasons why dealing them is such a headache.
