Drew Carey was a Terrible Host

Drew Allison Carey was born on May 23, 1958, more commonly known just as Drew Carey. He is an American comedian, actor, sports executive, and game show host. He made a name for himself through stand-up comedy, then he eventually gained stardom when he starred in his own sitcom, The Drew Carey Show. He has also hosted the game show “The Price Is Right” since 2007. Carey has been hosting the show for more than a decade now and he is good at it. The fans love his energy and how he can jive with the contestants during the entire length of the show.

This however was not the case when he took over for Bob Barker. Some fans were actually saying things like “… I hate the fact that he (Drew Carey) laughs at his own jokes constantly. Oh, and he had corrective vision surgery and still wears his glasses because they make him ‘Drew Carey’” and “He’s awful. He has less personality than a dead manatee! He’s just incredibly boring and unenthusiastic. He barely acknowledges the existence of the contestants.” I guess it takes time to adjust to a show, and make it your own; especially if it was hosted by someone like Bob Barker.
