James Cameron Davidson was born on December 13, 1953. More commonly known as Jim Davidson, is an English stand-up comedian who hosted the game show “Big Break” and “The Generation Game”. “Big Break” is a British game show that involves the game of snooker with traditional game show elements incorporated into it. While “The Generation Game” is a British game show involves four teams of two people from the same family, but different generations, and these teams compete to win prizes.
Davidson is not a stranger to controversy. Since he often uses jokes about women, ethnic minorities, homosexuals and disabled people. He however denies accusations that he is prejudiced against these groups. Then in 2013, Davidson was arrested for sex abuse accusations. He was not convicted however, since according to the Crown Prosecution Service there was “insufficient evidence for a realistic prospect of conviction in relation to all complaints”.
Popularity and success really aren’t a gauge of someone’s good character.
