Named the “Sexiest Athlete in the World” by website Busted Coverage in 2017, Alica Schmidt has been turning heads, or rather spinning them, for a few years now as the track & field athlete runs across the track, or walks, stands, or sit, on it. The 22-year-old German runs in the 200, 400, and 800-meter events, as well as the 4×400 meter relay and 400-meter hurdles. She was part of the German national team that won the silver in the 4x400m relay at the 2017 European Athletics Under-20 Championships and bronze at the 2019 Under-23 Championships. Her athletic prowess, and let’s face it, her stunning good looks surely didn’t hurt, earned her a sponsorship deal with Puma and her recent success on the tracks even landed her on a TV commercial for the brand. Unfortunately, her hopes in representing her country in the 2020 Olympics has been sidetracked, hopefully until 2021 only, by the global pandemic. We’re sure that all eyes will be on this track star once the games eventually get underway.
