Expect a Big Breakfast

The French aren’t really big on breakfasts. In fact, their first meal of the day usually involves small bites of something sweet – croissants, pastries, and perhaps, brioche. They usually accompany these with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. If you expect more than that, then you’d be hard pressed to find establishments that cater to your personal preferences. They will often throw in an egg and a side of bacon for tourists, but that’s about it. Try enjoying your lunch and dinners more.
