France offers wonderful sites to those who prefer to travel on foot. Of course, you can’t help but take the subway every so often to reach further destinations. If you do plan to enjoy the nightlife and have a few too many drinks with friends, be sure to have enough money to pay for taxi. Why? Because the metro is closed from 1 a.m. to 6 a.m. during weekdays and from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. on weekends. If you really want to save money, then better make it a long night and only go home when the sun is out.
