Don’t Look For Public Toilets

Source: https://unusualplaces.org

There are practically none, or are very rare. Prior to the onset of tourism, public bathrooms were not needed. Locals know that wherever they are going, they make sure there is a place to use the bathroom along the way. It may be a gas station, a cafe or restaurant, or a visitors center. Plan your daily route carefully. You can ask the hotel staff to assist you. And take note that some restaurants will charge for the use of the toilets, especially if you just walk-in. Customers have the priority. So, sit at a table and order a drink or a snack. Then you can excuse yourself to use the toilet since you are already a customer.
