53. Remove Stains from your Windshield

Keeping a car’s windscreen clean may sound easy. Many car owners know that some of the stuff that end up stuck on the windscreen can be difficult to remove. Tree sap, and dried bird droppings leave stubborn stains that can be challenging to get rid of. These even cause damage to windshield wipers when they harden and the wiper blades swipe over them again and again. 

Luckily with the help of some WD-40, these stains become easier to scrub off. The lubricant works its way between the stubborn stain and the windshield surface, loosening the bond between them. WD-40’s hydrophobic properties then separate the stains from the surface, making them come-off easily.
