57. Remove Paint Stains from your Hands

Painting projects can be messy, often leaving our hands stained and difficult to clean. What’s worse is that these stains tend to find their way onto other things when not removed properly. Washing with detergent doesn’t work, and using harsh paint thinners directly on your skin can be hazardous. If only there was something you could use to remove paint easier. 

Well there is, and you’ll be surprised that it comes in a very familiar blue and yellow can.

What many might not know is that spraying a small amount of WD-40 onto your stained hands makes them easier to clean. Most paints are oil based, and since WD-40 contains solvents that breakdown oil and grease, it works just as well on them too. Simply rub and massage the lubricant in and then wash away with soap and water.
