The Spizzirri sisters have many years of experience under their belt, and when it came to selling houses, there was nothing they couldn’t handle. Neither were they squeamish. They’ve seen properties in a serious state of disrepair, leaks and plumbing issues, falling roof tiles, pests, mold, or other environmental problems, terrible odors from cats or residual scents from cigarette smoking, low ceilings and difficult floor plans that couldn’t be easily modified, a lack of natural light, or an undesirable location next door to a frat house or near an airport.
The realtors have certainly seen a lot over the years they’ve been working, and to that day, they have handled everything with confidence and professionalism. They wondered if they would be dealing with poor architecture or structural issues.
