While the Spizzirris were happy with what they’d seen so far, there may still be other things they haven’t discovered that professional real estate inspectors could help them with. The inspectors started their walkthrough, taking a close look at every minor detail of the house and surrounding property. They checked for leaks under sinks, flushed toilets, pulled open and closed windows, switched on and off every light fixture, tested all appliances, and inspected ceilings, floors, and walls. The sisters hoped that the inspectors would like what they saw and found no problems, like mold in the walls which could be a very expensive predicament.
Preparing for an unpleasant surprise, the realtors were ecstatic when the inspectors completed their thorough work and revealed that the house was in excellent condition. They could put Joyce’s home on the market right away.
