The worst car from the popular Mercedes-Benz line. America just didn’t fall for this vehicle, even though it was popular in Europe. While it had an excellent 38 mpg, which in 1998 was great, it has been surpassed since. It hardly has any storage space, and quite frankly, is a bit tight for the average American. It also had one of the worst transmissions around, and is relatively unsafe. The only good thing about it is easy parking. But, the US will say goodbye to this mistake of German engineering. The car maker promised to pull out completely last year. You may still see a few on the road, or some for sale at a 2nd hand car lot. But if you buy one, you deserve it for sure.
