Don’t Think You Can Get Quickly To Where You’re Going

Unless you’re traveling between 1AM to 3AM in the morning, don’t think that you can get quickly to wherever you’re going in the city due to the horrible traffic, with morning and evening rush hours even getting connected by noon rush hours in some places. Having the fourth largest population in the country doesn’t help, either. In addition, there seems to be some sort of construction or roadwork that is always happening which further adds to the congestion. As such, be prepared to give an allowance of at least half an hour to your travel time, if you’re driving. But if you’re taking public transportation, make sure to add a little bit more.
