Don’t Drive In Iran

This may be one of the worst places to drive around. Iranians are not known to follow traffic lights, rules, and ordinances. Locals are used to this, yet many road accidents occur. For tourists, this could actually be life-threatening. There are other options to get around. Public transport, marked taxis, ride-sharing apps like Tap30 or Snapp, are available. Just don’t ride in unofficial taxis, there will be lots of Iranians offering foreigners rides to make extra money. But you don’t know these people, and it may not be safe. Don’t risk it, stay safe.
