Never Let Your Credit Card Out Of Your Sight

Credit card fraud is quite rampant in the country so when paying with your credit card, make sure that you don’t let your credit card out of your sight to avoid having sensitive information stolen from it such as the CVV/CVC code or expiration date. A lot of cards nowadays are equipped with RFID technology which means they need not be taken from you. In case this is not an option, have the POS terminal brought to you or go with the waiter, if in a restaurant for example, to the terminal so you can keep an eye on your credit card. In Ukraine, the PIN code needs to be entered when the amount reaches a certain threshold as an additional security measure.
