Eric Stonestreet is Cameron Scott “Cam” Tucker, Mitchell’s very emotional husband and Lily’s extremely protective adoptive father. With a very big personality and a flare for theatrics, Cam manages to make everything about him. Despite his overly sensitive and excessively dramatic character, he’s an accomplished football player—later on, a coach—and he’s the father Lily runs to whenever she has a school project that requires tools. Aside from making flower arrangements and home movies, Cam also made up his own clown persona, Fizbo.

Interestingly enough, when he was a child, Stonestreet created a clown character named Fizbo, and he began performing as a clown in kids’ parties when he was 11. Before Modern Family, Stonestreet had a recurring role in CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and he appeared in many movies and TV shows such as Almost Famous, The Island, Dharma & Greg, Party of Five, Bones, and Monk.
